  • Establish stop-work authority, escalation protocols, and independent incident investigation processes.
  • Conduct risk-based site inspections covering structural steel, crane operations, hot work, and confined-space entry, and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Audit contractor job hazard analyses and incident reports against internal standards.
  • Build a leading-indicator safety dashboard and verify stormwater and erosion-control compliance.
  • Partner with factory engineering and general contractor leadership to embed EHS requirements into construction and future facility operations.

  • Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards, job hazard analysis, and incident investigation methodology.
  • Experience building and shaping safety programs with significant authority and autonomy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with general contractor safety leadership.
  • Completed OSHA 30-hour training.
  • Must be a U.S. Person with access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work on the production floor, climb ladders and scaffolds, lift up to 35 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to complete fit testing, use respirators and other PPE, and work in hot, humid, noisy, or changing production environments.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual communication skills.
  • OSHA 510 certification.
  • First aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time day-shift position during construction.
