Senior Software Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with 3 days per week onsite at the NYC office

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Identify, scope, and drive high-impact technical and user-facing projects.
• Architect and advance software products that support real-world automation.
• Advise organizational leaders on technical decisions and engineering strategy.
• Drive technical decisions and implementation through hands-on, technically deep work.
• Mentor and advise engineers and peers on technical and personal development.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience working in complex technical environments.
• Strong software engineering background with flexibility to work across approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend development.
• Experience with or willingness to work across React, TypeScript, Node, Python, C++, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, impact-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, ambitious environments.
• Ability to work onsite in the NYC office three days per week.
