Fullstack Software Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Torrance, California, United States

Salary: $145,500–$204,500 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Take internal and customer-facing software tools from concept through production.
• Build web applications, desktop applications, backend services, and data systems.
• Make architectural decisions and own delivery against deadlines.
• Design robust software with high performance and reliability standards.
• Support multiple teams through independent execution and clear communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency with React, React Native, Node, TypeScript, and related testing and linting frameworks.
• Experience building web and desktop applications with technologies such as NW.js or Electron.
• Hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, ORMs, and time-series databases.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, microservices, CI tooling, and container orchestration.

Nice to have

• Bazel build system experience.
• Time-series or telemetry data experience with InfluxDB or Grafana.
• FPV or drone domain knowledge.
