HR Analyst (People Analytics)

Location: Milan, Italy; remote work flexibility.

Salary: Gross annual salary no less than €33,000.

hirify.global is a manufacturing company offering a permanent HR analytics role within its Milan organization.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data for business and people-related decisions.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, and employee movements.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and organizational structure analysis.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and insights for HR and business leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and comfort working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn about people strategy and organizational dynamics.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Additional languages.
