Location: Remote or hybrid in Spain; the implementation team is based in Barcelona.

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end Spanish payroll processing throughout implementation projects.
- Support setup and implementation of the payroll platform for Spanish clients.
- Validate and reconcile payroll data, calculations, and parallel runs.
- Investigate discrepancies in line with Spanish payroll legislation.
- Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory documentation.
- Support client onboarding, release testing, internal collaboration, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience with end-to-end Spanish payroll processing; implementation experience is preferred.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills are required.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and statutory reporting, including Siltr@, AEAT, SEPE, Contrat@, Certific@, CAT365, and Delt@.
- Experience with payroll implementation and client delivery.
- Proficiency in Wolters Kluwer A3NOM is required.
- Strong Excel and organizational skills.

- Experience with SUMMAR Labour software.
- Previous payroll implementation experience.
