Product Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Analyze product yield and failures and drive yield enhancement activities across wafer sort and final test.
• Define critical process characteristics with OSAT partners to align products with customer requirements.
• Build and execute yield roadmaps during ramp-up and volume production, including test optimization and product cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Define qualification plans and perform feasibility analyses for product development and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Software Development, Quality Engineering, and Production Control teams to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate product development and process improvement projects with external vendors and production teams.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering or another technology-oriented degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in product engineering, application engineering, or semiconductor operations.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows and processes.
• Proven program management experience with measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities, analyze complex problems, and work independently.
