Customer Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in Brickell, Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Own customer-facing project management from lease execution through Ready for Service and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and delivery matters.
• Coordinate customers, hirify.global Commercialization, Asset Management, Engineering and Construction, and general contractors.
• Manage customer-initiated change requests, including technical scoping, cost and schedule impact assessment, approvals, implementation tracking, and closeout.
• Lead recurring customer meetings and maintain action logs, decision records, issue trackers, project commitments, and change-order history.
• Identify and escalate risks affecting Ready for Service, customer expectations, commercial terms, project economics, or asset operability, then coordinate the handoff to Asset Management.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, construction management, owner's representation, or customer delivery, including direct experience in data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPC and general contractor processes, including design development, RFIs, submittals, procurement, construction sequencing, commissioning, change management, and project closeout.
• Experience assessing and communicating the cost, schedule, technical, contractual, and operational effects of proposed changes.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and construction teams while communicating clearly with senior customers and internal leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, risk identification, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data center leases, EPC agreements, construction contracts, and change orders is strongly preferred.
