Project Manager, High Voltage

Location: Rockdale, Texas, United States; five days a week in-office presence required

What you will do

• Lead multi-phase data center and high-voltage substation projects from inception through construction, commissioning, and business turnover.
• Manage project budgets, cost-to-date variance tracking, cash-flow forecasts, contractor invoicing, and WIP production.
• Lead SOW and RFP processes, evaluate proposals, manage RFIs and submittals, negotiate change orders, and oversee close-out documentation.
• Coordinate Design, Engineering, Procurement, Land Enablement, Operations, Legal, and contractors to deliver technical requirements and engineering standards.
• Conduct site walks, verify design compliance and workmanship, and coordinate with EH&S officers on safety requirements.
• Manage project risks, operational handoff, as-built documentation, lessons learned, cost savings, and schedule improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, preferably with data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with CSA and MEP construction practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in the Rockdale office five days per week and comply with site safety, PPE, and OSHA requirements.
