Core Robotics Team Lead (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the core robotics team of 5+ engineers while maintaining delivery and engineering excellence.
• Manage the full development lifecycle of core robotics features, from architectural design to real-world deployment.
• Own the core robotics software stack and ensure reliable operation of systems deployed in the field.
• Collaborate with AI, Product, and Hardware teams to deliver resilient platforms for complex industrial tasks.
• Improve Agile development practices, internal processes, CI/CD pipelines, and software stability.
• Support people management, professional development, and a high-performance engineering environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead managing teams of 5+ people.
• Deep technical experience with robotics, especially robotics systems deployed in real-world operating conditions.
• Expertise in robotics software frameworks such as ROS/ROS2 and programming languages including C++ and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices and project management tools.
• Excellent people management, mentoring, communication, strategic, analytical, and execution skills.
