Robot Operator (Robotics)

What you will do

• Operate hirify.global platforms through teleoperation to perform real-world industrial tasks.
• Wear motion capture equipment and perform designated movements and actions for project requirements.
• Conduct structured data collection sessions to generate high-quality AI training data.
• Set up, calibrate, and prepare robots for testing and demonstrations.
• Monitor robot performance, document observations, and coordinate issue resolution with on-site service technicians.
• Collaborate with AI and Robotics Engineers to improve robot performance and capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, production-plant-like environment, including shift work.
• Hands-on background in mechanics, electrics, automotive, skilled crafts, or a similar field.
• Reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• English required; German is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and accuracy during repetitive teleoperation tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics or automation.
• German language skills.
