Training Program Lead, Autonomous Driving (Global)

Location: Las Vegas, Miami, or Phoenix, United States; up to 40% domestic or international travel is required.

What you will do

• Own the global training program for validation drivers and in-market supervisory teams.
• Manage and continuously improve curricula, assessment frameworks, certification standards, and feedback loops.
• Personally deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and certify the first teams in new markets before launch.
• Audit local training programs and partner with Safety and Operations to identify risks and performance gaps.
• Build training roadmaps covering capacity, sequencing, milestones, hiring timelines, and fleet deployment.
• Define infrastructure requirements and oversee readiness for facilities, closed courses, vehicles, equipment, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; program management certification such as PMI-PgMP, PMP, or CPTM is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in autonomous vehicle operations or AV training, including building, scaling, running, or delivering training programs.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring validation or safety drivers, ideally with Train-the-Trainer or multi-site standardization experience.
• Strong knowledge of AV validation operations, disengagement protocols, data logging, curriculum design, auditing, and certification quality.
• Ability to manage cross-functional roadmaps, anticipate risks, and drive execution without formal authority.
• Comfort with up to 40% domestic or international travel for training delivery, audits, and classes at hirify.global hubs.
