Senior Warehouse Automation Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: United States (Remote); approximately 50% travel is expected to meet with customers and review installation progress.

What you will do

• Lead complex automation projects from kickoff through customer acceptance, closeout, and transition to support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage scope baselines, change orders, cost forecasts, risks, quality plans, testing, and volume ramp activities.
• Select and manage vendors including general contractors, riggers, installers, and conveyor providers.
• Establish project governance, lead status meetings, issue reports, and present updates to executives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, support Project Managers, and improve project management templates and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience, preferably in robotics or supply chain.
• Experience delivering complex projects from initiation through completion and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana; experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of quality management, risk management, change control, and issue resolution practices.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
