Project Manager (Robotics Automation)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; on-site. Travel of approximately 50% to client sites across North America is required.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse robotics and automation deployment projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate Sales, Deployment Integration, installation, commissioning, and operational teams.
• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, budgets, margins, cost variances, and profitability.
• Oversee third-party contractors and manage RFQ and qualification processes.
• Coordinate system testing, acceptance, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Serve as the main client contact, leading stakeholder communications, steering committees, executive updates, and change-order negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Good general knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical or logistics project management, including full project lifecycle leadership.
• Experience managing complex projects, preferably with budgets in the multi-million-dollar range.
• Strong communication, leadership, autonomy, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with multiple project-planning tools and software, plus broad knowledge of logistics operations.
