QA Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Execute functional, performance, and stability testing for core server modules and microservices.
• Lead API regression, data-consistency checks, and service-degradation drills during architecture upgrades.
• Own the evaluation strategy for AI recommendation and search systems, including RAG and embedding drift.
• Drive testing for AI infrastructure through capacity assessment and chaos drills.
• Formulate automated evaluation pipelines for AI agents, covering multi-turn dialogue and tool calling.
• Develop custom automated testing tools and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience testing large server-side architecture refactors, microservices, and message queues.
• Experience testing LLM, Embedding, RAG, or Agent products.
• Familiarity with vector-retrieval systems like Elasticsearch, Faiss, or Milvus.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Pytest.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Established methodology for AI product quality assurance.
