Inventory Lead

Location: Walnut, California, United States; onsite

Pay: $21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate with receiving, packing, and shipping teams to maintain the seamless movement of products through the fulfillment center.
• Maintain accurate stock documentation in the Warehouse Management System and support optimum inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits while coordinating schedules with warehouse leadership.
• Enforce FIFO practices to protect product quality and freshness.
• Provide guidance and feedback on standard operating procedures and train new inventory associates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, regulatory, and inventory management requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience or comfort working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 36°F.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and stand, squat, kneel, and bend, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Experience in a food-based environment.
