hirify.global is developing the DX-1, a rack-scale decode accelerator designed to improve the performance and efficiency of AI infrastructure.

What you will do

• Own daily financial operations, accounts payable, month-end close, reconciliations, and management and statutory reporting.
• Prepare accurate accounting data covering production, payroll, capital, share options, transfer pricing, taxes, and other operations.
• Support the selection, implementation, and operation of the core ERP and related finance tooling.
• Establish audit-ready financial controls and processes and lead the external audit.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure production data is accurately integrated into accounting and reporting.
• Build the reliable data foundation required by FP&A and the wider finance function.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and a high standard of accuracy and control.
• Fluent knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Ability to work hands-on in a small, flat team and own work end to end.
• Experience with manufacturing operations or physical supply chains.
• Eligibility is subject to U.S. export control regulations and most recent citizenship or permanent residency status; applicants from certain restricted countries may not be considered.

Nice to have

• Big Four training, scale-up experience, or experience building finance processes from scratch.
• Experience supporting an ERP implementation.
• Working awareness of US GAAP.
• Background in semiconductors, hardware, automotive, or advanced manufacturing.
