Global Controller (Humanoid Robotics)

hirify.global builds commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform used in industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Own accounting, controllership, statutory compliance, and books and records across global entities in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and other jurisdictions.
• Set up and manage new entities as the group expands into additional markets.
• Build and operate intercompany agreements, charges, settlements, reconciliations, transfer-pricing policies, and eliminations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation, month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and external audits.
• Deliver reliable reporting and analysis for the CFO, leadership, and Board.
• Own and optimise SAP, automate accounting and reporting with AI tools, strengthen controls, and build the global accounting team.

Requirements

• CPA or CA qualification.
• Extensive controllership and accounting experience across multiple international entities and currencies.
• Experience with intercompany and transfer-pricing frameworks, multi-entity consolidation, IFRS and/or US GAAP, and external audits.
• Hands-on experience with SAP for accounting and consolidation, plus AI tools for close, reconciliation, and reporting automation.
• Experience scaling companies through IPO and building public-company controls and reporting processes, including SOX-style environments.
• Experience with the US, UK, Canada, and Germany jurisdictions and in building and leading distributed accounting teams.
