Technical Product Manager, AI

What you will do

• Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into technical product requirements and system architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven products.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and workflows into the hirify.global Labs ecosystem.
• Define and track product performance metrics to support continuous optimization.
• Communicate technical concepts and AI roadmaps to technical and business stakeholders.
• Own technical product backlogs, lead sprint planning and feature scoping, and launch AI-driven features.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software systems, data architecture, and modern technology stacks.
• Proven experience in technical product management, bridging business strategy and technical execution.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with continuous learning and practical application of new AI technologies.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, resourceful, agile, and ownership-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, or agentic frameworks.
• Startup, side-project, or entrepreneurial venture experience.
• Experience with high-scale e-commerce marketplaces or data infrastructure systems.
