What you will do

• Load and validate client data into the Clearwater investment account system.
• Use Excel, SQL, and relational database tools to collect, analyze, normalize, reconcile, and report data.
• Resolve data issues and discrepancies while improving automation, speed, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Apply Clearwater Way methodologies and support client implementation and onboarding.
• Identify and lead continuous service improvement initiatives individually and with development teams.
• Coordinate complex activities in a dynamic, agile environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or economics.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including the accounting equation, amortization, and interest income.
• Advanced Excel and advanced SQL or relational database skills.
• Advanced knowledge of securities or financial markets, especially derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.
• Project management, communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
