What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across marketing, demand generation, sales operations, customer experience, product, and strategy.
• Identify business problems and growth opportunities through strategic analysis.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and present findings clearly.
• Implement initiatives that support business growth and improve decision-making.
• Build analytical tools such as customer health scores, A/B test analysis tools, and dashboards for high-potential accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative field.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, open-ended problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
