Lead Product Manager (Tokenization)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $245,000–$285,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and multi-year strategy for an institutional tokenization platform covering issuance, secondary trading, settlement, and core operations.
• Define token architecture, transfer restrictions, settlement models, registry integrations, and conversion between traditional holdings and on-chain tokens across multiple networks.
• Design operator interfaces, APIs, approval workflows, reconciliation systems, and automated exception handling across asset lifecycle events.
• Drive smart-contract automation for dividends, stock splits, proxy voting, revaluation, clawbacks, and recalls with auditability and controls.
• Build broker enablement APIs, SDKs, documentation, sandbox environments, and distribution models for brokers, neobanks, and wealth platforms.
• Set the roadmap, align Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners, and define adoption, integration, throughput, and reliability metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services, including 4+ years owning blockchain, tokenization, or digital asset products.
• Demonstrated experience shipping institutional-grade financial infrastructure end to end and defining products from a blank page through launch.
• Strong command of token standards including ERC-3643 and the DS Protocol, smart-contract patterns, settlement mechanics, and traditional securities market structure.
• Ability to work with AI agents and LLM tooling for product documentation, customer synthesis, data exploration, and prototyping.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical and regulatory concepts to executives, regulators, issuers, partners, and standards groups.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, real-world asset tokenization, and digital securities issuance.
• Familiarity with KYC and AML obligations, transfer-agent rules, and relevant CFTC and SEC frameworks.
• Passion for digital assets and AI and a willingness to solve complex, high-impact problems.
