What you will do
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for mobile applications in alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Android and iOS architectures.
- Establish mobile engineering standards, best practices, reusable components, and libraries.
- Analyze and resolve mobile performance bottlenecks.
- Implement security measures and monitor evolving mobile security threats.
- Mentor junior developers and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Android developer.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant education.
- Strong expertise in Android development and mobile architecture.
- Proficiency with Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and security principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and continuous-learning skills.
