TL;DR
Quality Engineering (Test Automation): Developing and delivering automated quality assurance for lending solutions serving small and medium-sized businesses with an accent on shift-left testing, web and mobile automation, and API testing. Focus on integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, defining acceptance criteria, and improving test frameworks across Agile, cross-functional teams.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility and remote-work support.

What you will do
- Implement shift-left testing and prioritize automation throughout development and regression cycles.
- Develop and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create test plans, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports for team features.
- Review solution documentation and support issue analysis, testing, and resolution.
- Help define user story acceptance criteria and promote high-quality, testable features.
- Coach developers and encourage a quality-first mindset.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years of test automation experience.
- Experience with web or mobile automation and API testing.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, test levels, static testing, dynamic testing, and different testing life cycles.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java, Cypress using JavaScript or TypeScript, and mobile automation frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in cross-functional Agile teams and adapt to a continuously changing environment.
- Strong English communication skills are required for global software development collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing and maintaining automated test scripts and improving automation frameworks.
- Banking or finance industry experience.
- Knowledge of QTest, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, PACT, SoapUI, REST Assured, TestNG, and Cypress.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
