Senior Manual QA

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid with typically 3 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Apply QA processes within the team workflow and perform manual testing of web applications, native mobile applications, and AI-powered products.
• Execute comprehensive regression test suites before and after releases.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing processes.
• Define testable acceptance criteria and translate business and technical requirements into test coverage.
• Report, track, and verify defects while collaborating with developers and cross-functional teammates.
• Perform automation testing when required and recommend an effective balance between automated and manual tests.

Requirements

• At least intermediate English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
• Experience testing AI-powered products or AI features.
• Experience testing web applications and native iOS and Android applications.
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
