Clinical Solutions Architect (AI)

hirify.global builds an AI-powered healthcare administration platform designed by clinicians to simplify clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.

What you will do

• Own clinical solution design from workflow discovery and configuration through testing and go-live.
• Map health plan workflows covering intake, eligibility, network checks, guideline application, and escalation to medical directors.
• Translate medical policies, guideline sets, nurse workflows, and escalation rules into engineering requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and demonstrate proofs of concept using hirify.global’s clinical reasoning platform.
• Build expertise in utilization management, prior authorization, lines of business, delegated entities, and healthcare regulation.
• Advise clinical leaders and serve as the clinical counterpart for customer engagements.

Requirements

• Clinical background as an RN, BSN, NP, PA, or MD.
• Experience working inside a health plan or delegated entity.
• Knowledge of intake, eligibility, network checks, and medical review workflows.
• Utilization management experience is strongly preferred; related experience in risk adjustment, HEDIS, care management, or appeals is relevant.
• Strong workflow mapping, process structuring, and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in AI and its appropriate use in clinical decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with prior authorization and healthcare guideline sets.
• Experience creating training materials or standard operating procedures.
• Experience advising clinical customer stakeholders.
