Founding Product Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site five days per week

Salary: $230,000–$260,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's customer experience and improve the quality and consistency of product interfaces.
• Work directly with customers in finance and tax to identify pain points and prioritize product improvements.
• Collaborate with design to turn customer needs into product features.
• Build and ship features end to end on a daily basis.
• Own the feature and product roadmap with the CEO and founder.
• Develop customer feedback and analysis processes to improve roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.
• Strong experience with Figma and close collaboration with design.
• Experience with large volumes of transaction data.
• Experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with tools such as PostHog and Sentry.
• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.
