Program Portfolio Management System Manager (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve the PDWare ResourceFirst program portfolio management system.
• Maintain clean, consistent, and reliable portfolio data for business decision-making.
• Build and deliver reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership and program teams.
• Support, train, and enable users to work effectively with the system.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve portfolio management processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in program management, PMO tools, business operations, or a similar area.
• Administrator-level experience with PPM tools such as PDWare ResourceFirst, Planview, or Clarity, including configuration, maintenance, and user support.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools; Tableau and Qlik Sense are preferred, and Power BI is valued.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with data, reports, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate technical systems into clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Proactive approach to identifying and preventing system and process issues.
