Customer Service Agent - Multiple Shifts

Location: Hybrid role based in Lansing, Michigan, US; travel to the office is required for at least 50% of scheduled shifts. Relocation package is not available.

Salary: $18.00–$24.70 per hour

What you will do

• Provide information and process inquiries about customer accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot issues involving computer, smartphone, and tablet applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chats, emails, and outbound calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers and collect feedback about service failures.
• Maintain customer confidentiality, follow protocols, and work toward a target of 70 contacts per day.
• Maintain chat and phone inquiry SLAs under 45 seconds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work full-time in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; some college is preferred.
• 0–2 years of inbound or support call center experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, typing, data entry, and interpersonal skills; typing speed of at least 90 words per minute.
• Advanced computer and Windows Office knowledge, including troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, maintain reliable internet, pass an internet speed test, and remain camera-ready while working.
