Quality Assurance Training, Lead

Location: Onsite support at the Charlottetown, PEI or Windsor, NS facility, with availability required at both locations; 50% travel required.

Salary: CAD 81,022–126,596 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead ATD-Canada learning initiatives across the Windsor and Charlottetown facilities.
• Identify training needs, support content development, facilitate classes, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Manage onboarding, annual GMP training, curricula, schedules, and delivery of key learning programs.
• Maintain the Learning Management System, training records, on-time training oversight, and audit materials.
• Develop, trend, and continuously improve site training programs, including effectiveness checks.
• Investigate training-related CAPA, NCR, and inspection findings, and establish a trainer qualification program.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education.
• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated quality environment.
• Four years of relevant experience and/or experience training or managing teams in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with quality systems.

Nice to have

• Train-the-Trainer certification.
• API facility experience.
• Articulate Rise platform knowledge.
• LMS experience and knowledge of metrics and trending.
