What you will do

• Develop and execute test strategies covering unit, functional, performance, scenario, workflow, installation, interoperability, and API testing.
• Write automated tests and develop test harnesses and suites using C++, VBA, .NET, and related software tools.
• Perform manual GUI and CAD functionality testing, including usability validation and feature interaction testing.
• Document test designs, plans, results, and defects; confirm issues and collaborate with development teams on prioritization and resolution.
• Conduct coverage analysis, monitor underlying code, and contribute to feature design and code and test-plan reviews.
• Support localization, globalization, beta programs, customer events, and complex test environment configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or another engineering discipline.
• Understanding of software design principles and strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Programming experience with C++, VB, .NET/C#, XML, Unicode, or Java.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with software developers and participate throughout the product development life cycle.

Nice to have

• Master of Science degree or professional work or internship experience.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Win32, and Microsoft UI automation APIs.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Knowledge of graphics and display systems.
