Software Engineer (Frontend/React)

Location: Palo Alto, United States; hybrid with onsite work required 3 days per week

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global is building a generative AI SaaS platform for healthcare, including AI governance guardrails, healthcare-specific agents, and real-time algorithm monitoring.

What you will do

• Develop the user experience for the healthcare AI SaaS platform and integrate it with the wider infrastructure.
• Write clean, maintainable frontend code using modern technologies.
• Optimize the platform for speed, scalability, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and analytics.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend and overall architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6+, and modern frontend frameworks, especially React and Vite.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and scalable design-system components using Tailwind or Shadcn.
• Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs and integrating frontend implementations with upstream services.
• Experience writing tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
• Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days per week. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of relevant full-time industry experience.
• Experience with D3 or Chart.js.
• Knowledge of Webpack, NPM, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience building or consuming highly scalable APIs for complex microservices.
• Experience with production-scale SaaS platforms or AI projects.
