Senior Project Manager / Product Owner (Photonic Computing)

What you will do

• Drive product delivery using agile and classical project management methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review cycles.
• Prioritize the product backlog and translate strategy into project plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate technical teams and leadership on scope, progress, and expectations.
• Track risks, technical dependencies, resources, and delivery status.
• Align engineering, research, and operations teams to deliver Native Processing Servers on schedule and within scope.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microsystems Engineering, Optics, or a related technical field.
• Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, ideally in complex hardware or deep-tech environments.
• Practical expertise in traditional and agile frameworks for physical product development.
• Ability to understand complex systems and translate technical breakthroughs into executable roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of analog electronic and photonic systems.
• Fluent English is required as the working language.
