Automotive UI Tester

What you will do

• Act as a customer surrogate when testing new automotive UI features.
• Design and execute standardized stability and usability tests throughout the software lifecycle.
• Create detailed bug reports with reproduction steps and track issues through resolution.
• Identify testing gaps against customer use cases and continuously improve test scenarios.
• Develop high-quality testing tools and automation.
• Research testing methodologies and collaborate with Tech Leads on proofs of concept and product research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with C/C++.
• Extensive experience testing and developing complex enterprise applications across multiple testing phases.
• Experience with QA tracking tools such as JIRA, qTest, or PractiTest.
• Experience with software project management and Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Software, Embedded Software, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with testing procedures for self-driving vehicles, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Experience developing embedded systems and/or automotive software.
