Test Lead-System Integration & Network (Automotive)

Location: Rochester, MI, United States; travel to California as needed to meet and collaborate with the customer.

What you will do

• Coordinate system integration and network validation activities across development programs.
• Support the integration of system, software, and communication interfaces in vehicle environments.
• Coordinate CAN, BLE, UWB, and related network testing on bench and vehicle levels.
• Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and test teams to analyze and resolve issues.
• Track integration and validation status, risks, and open issues while supporting customer test leadership.
• Support the development and execution of integration and system network validation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with internal teams and customers.
• Experience with tracking, reporting, escalation, documentation, and traceability for integration and validation activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency with Jira.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation, process improvement, and validation efficiency.
