Lead, Digital Forensics & Incident Response Investigator (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead investigations into data breaches, unauthorized access, malware infections, and other cyber incidents.
• Develop investigation plans and coordinate with IT, security, legal, law enforcement, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence using forensic imaging, memory analysis, disk analysis, and network forensics.
• Reconstruct incident events and timelines from digital artifacts while maintaining a secure chain of custody.
• Lead incident response activities, support threat mitigation, and maintain response plans and protocols.
• Prepare investigation reports, present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and provide expert testimony when required.

Requirements

• Experience leading digital forensics and incident response investigations.
• Knowledge of digital evidence collection, preservation, forensic imaging, and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Experience analyzing file history, user activity, network traffic, deleted data, memory, and other digital artifacts.
• Ability to coordinate investigations with cybersecurity, IT, legal, law enforcement, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate technical conclusions to non-technical audiences.
