PCI Compliance & IT Risk Management People Leader (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the daily activities, performance, prioritization, and development of the PCI Compliance and IT Risk Management team.
• Act as a PCI Compliance and IT Risk subject matter expert by monitoring regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging threats.
• Conduct technology and cybersecurity risk assessments, including control reviews, risk analysis, reporting, and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and other payment-network and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to manage compliance initiatives and align solutions with risk and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in PCI Compliance and IT Risk Management, information security, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, audit, or governance.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and developing team members.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes, apply risk awareness, protect sensitive payment data, and resolve issues using established policies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PCI DSS and payment card industry standards.
• Understanding of access control, encryption, and information security concepts.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Experience supporting audits, documentation, and evidence collection.
• PCI-P, CRISC, SEC+, or CISSP certification.
