PCI Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute daily activities supporting the PCI DSS compliance program.
• Maintain evidence repositories and track compliance status across systems, applications, and business units.
• Perform PCI control checks and validate security configurations, access controls, and logging practices.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to collect evidence and resolve compliance issues.
• Support internal and external PCI audits, QSA inquiries, compliance reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Contribute to automation, process scalability, proactive risk management, and readiness for PCI DSS updates such as version 4.0.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, IT, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT, security, risk, compliance, or audit; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of PCI DSS or payment card industry concepts.
• Knowledge of information security principles, including access control, encryption, and logging.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with documentation, evidence collection, audit support, Excel, or data-tracking tools.
