PCI Compliance Analyst

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day activities supporting the PCI DSS compliance program.
• Maintain evidence repositories and track compliance status across systems, applications, and business units.
• Perform PCI control checks and review security configurations, access controls, and logging practices.
• Support internal and external PCI audits, assessments, QSA inquiries, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve compliance gaps and track remediation.
• Contribute to automation, process scalability, continuous monitoring, and proactive risk management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, IT, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT, security, risk, compliance, or audit; internships or academic projects may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of PCI DSS or payment card industry concepts.
• Exposure to information security principles such as access control, encryption, and logging.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or other risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with documentation, evidence collection, or audit support.
• Proficiency in Excel or data tracking tools.
