What you will do
- Oversee IT risk and issue management activities, including risk assessments of applications, processes, systems, and technology components.
- Develop risk assessment roadmaps, identify control gaps, emerging threats, financial exposure, and client impact, and support remediation plans.
- Maintain the centralized IT risk management repository, including compliance information, quantified risks, and mitigation measures.
- Prepare risk reporting and governance presentations for business units, executives, and the Board of Directors.
- Review technology and cybersecurity controls against company policies, NIST, PCI DSS, CIS, and other industry frameworks.
- Communicate assessment findings and technical risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 4 years of related professional work experience.
- Strong technical skills or technical aptitude, analytical ability, multitasking, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing risk and control matrices, risk scoping materials, executive reports, and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with technology and cybersecurity teams and communicate effectively with executive management and audit stakeholders.
- Role location: Quezon City, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in , payments, or the technology industry.
- Certifications such as PCIP, SSCP, CISSP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, or GRCP.
