Senior Manager, Casino Analytics

Location: Remote - US

Salary: 151,400.00–189,300.00 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Define the analytics vision and roadmap across the casino experience.
• Lead data-driven decision-making and coach analysts and leaders to communicate executive-level insights.
• Set experimentation standards and ensure analytical rigor and measurable business impact.
• Advise senior leadership and align analytics initiatives with long-term growth objectives.
• Advance scalable reporting, monitoring, and analytical frameworks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Data Science, Product, and other stakeholders to evaluate customer behavior and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of analytics or data science experience, including at least 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab.
• Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience guiding the development, validation, and adoption of predictive and analytical models.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
