Commercial Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Remote from Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, or Romania

What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize the performance of multiple gaming brands.
• Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Develop commercial best practices, common procedures, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand strategies with company objectives.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and advance analytical methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing strategies that improve brand performance and business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or another programming language.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics.
• Experience with advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies.
