Salesforce Application Architect – Billing & Downstream Integrations (Salesforce Billing)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $144,600–$198,800 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end functional architecture for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models in Salesforce.
• Design high-volume integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms.
• Translate business requirement epics into functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders across globally distributed teams.
• Troubleshoot and optimize invoice generation, proration logic, and system synchronization processes.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with deep functional expertise in Salesforce Billing.
• Experience designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems.
• Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work from the Westminster, Colorado office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Salesforce Billing with enterprise ERPs such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways.
• Experience with high-volume, enterprise-scale monetization and billing environments.
