Focus on managing site support, maintenance and calibration, quality-control inspections, documentation, and coordination across construction teams, vendors, and field technicians.
Location: Austin, Texas, United States; full-time on site at the Austin HQ campus with frequent travel to job sites

’s Print Operations team supports field projects through equipment, materials, inventory, and logistics coordination.
What you will do
- Plan project logistics with construction and project managers, including support equipment, printer counts, materials, and special requirements.
- Create tracking processes and documentation for equipment, tools, materials, and fleet assets.
- Coordinate vendors, internal departments, technicians, supervisors, repairs, fuel replenishment, consumables, and project handoffs.
- Manage capacity planning, inventory, audits, tool replacement, deployment inspections, printer organization, and site readiness.
- Lead Go / No-Go meetings and provide operational updates during project standups.
- Perform maintenance, calibration, Y-rail maintenance, QC inspections, cylinder shipment documentation, and courier coordination.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with industrial technical products, hardware, or equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, transportation and logistics, or a similar field.
- Ability to travel frequently, approximately 80%, to job sites.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work hours that accommodate project schedules.
- Experience with logistics, field operations, construction support, tool tracking systems, audits, or field equipment maintenance.
- Strong organizational, documentation, communication, prioritization, and digital-tool skills.
Nice to have
- Experience as an Print Technician or in logistics for large industrial operations.
- Technical background in construction, manufacturing, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Experience with robotics, heavy equipment, complex machinery, or technical hardware and software.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- Proactive, reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently in field conditions.
