Vice President of People

Salary: $300,000–$350,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global’s people operations function, including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, employee growth, performance, and team satisfaction.
• Scale hiring by managing interview processes, supporting hiring managers, benchmarking offers, and developing repeatable recruiting frameworks.
• Evaluate the people operations technology stack and design the team structure needed to support employees and candidates over the next 12–24 months.
• Develop performance, promotion, growth, and levelling frameworks with team leaders.
• Support expansion into new regions by hiring teams, building offices, and defining regional team composition.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on headcount planning, compensation budgets, hiring costs, organizational structure, and HR compliance.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, ideally including recruiting functions at early-stage technology companies.
• Experience building people functions from scratch in high-growth startups.
• Experience managing teams and working with executives and department leaders across operations, marketing, go-to-market, product, and engineering.
• Experience creating growth and levelling frameworks.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic builder and a hands-on operator.
• Pragmatic, accountable, curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapidly growing company.
