Marketing Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Drive marketing projects including website design, company videos, technical explainers, and product content.
• Source, brief, and manage external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners.
• Coordinate researchers, engineers, and production vendors to shape, produce, and publish technical content.
• Own execution of the company’s social and web presence and support demand generation across email, content, and events.
• Plan and execute participation in scientific conferences, industry events, and government forums.
• Build scalable marketing operations using automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing vendors and freelancers.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to work with technical and scientific teams and shape complex content for its audience.
• High ownership, resourcefulness, low ego, and comfort working in ambiguous startup environments.
• Curiosity about biological AI, biosecurity, or life sciences.
