What you will do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs on CNC machines, automation systems, vacuum systems, welding and finishing equipment, ultrasonic cleaning lines, and facility support equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, qualification, commissioning, and production-readiness validation for new equipment.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and service providers during major repairs.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training.
• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting across 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems and troubleshooting sensors, motors, VFDs, and servo systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with CMMS software.
