What you will do

• Lead major transformation and strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate goals, timelines, deliverables, and alignment across participating divisions.
• Facilitate change management and prepare divisions for transformation.
• Act as a liaison between groups, gather feedback, address concerns, and communicate progress.
• Monitor initiative progress, track KPIs and metrics, and prepare updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading transformation or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage deliverables.
• Experience with change management, KPI tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
