Enterprise Security Administrator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architectures across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Develop security standards, reference architectures, technical designs, threat models, and architecture reviews.
• Implement and optimize controls across networks, endpoints, applications, identity systems, and cloud platforms.
• Lead integration of SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, EDR/XDR, IAM, and vulnerability management technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, audits, remediation planning, and GRC initiatives.
• Provide incident-response guidance, support threat hunting and forensic analysis, and mentor cybersecurity personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, cloud security, or related IT disciplines.
• 3–5+ years of experience designing security architectures or leading cybersecurity engineering initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise security controls, security frameworks, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise security architecture, zero trust, threat modeling, network security, IAM, application security, and incident response.
• Programming and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell scripting, REST APIs, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related discipline.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, AWS, Azure, or GIAC certification.
• Experience in large-scale or regulated environments, including aerospace, defense, government, financial services, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence, cloud-native security, DevSecOps, and resilient security architecture.
