Senior Hardware Test Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement ATE test programs for semiconductor wafers and devices across characterization, qualification, NPI, and high-volume production.
• Own and monitor production test systems across Asia, managing scheduling, allocation, throughput, yield, and operational performance.
• Lead installation, troubleshooting, verification, procurement, and calibration of instrumentation, ATE systems, and equipment controls.
• Define test plans, specifications, procedures, and coverage for new chip features in collaboration with test, product, and design engineering teams.
• Manage wafer disposition, nonconformance processes, and engineering change notices for test system updates.
• Analyze test data, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement with quality and product test engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of ATE test engineering experience, including wafer- or die-level testing.
• Experience with 200mm and 300mm probers, package part handling, and identifying ATE hardware issues.
• RF test experience with measurements such as linearity, NSD, and EVM.
• Experience with NI Semiconductor Test System, Accretech probers, NI LabVIEW, and NI TestStand.
• Excellent command of English is required for collaboration across global teams.

• Direct experience with NI Semiconductor Test System and Accretech probers.
• Product engineering experience with ATE coverage, margin, and binning.
