is an AI startup that developed Aidan, an AI employee capable of leading real-time, two-way customer conversations with vision and browser-use capabilities.
What you will do
- Own the full deployment lifecycle from initial scoping to live production.
- Build and tune AI interaction journeys, identifying performance gaps and shipping rapid fixes.
- Manage direct customer relationships, including leadership communication and ROI ownership.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate customer feedback into product specifications and priorities.
- Develop and document scalable deployment playbooks and internal processes.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
- Strong generalist mindset with a balance of customer-facing problem solving and technical execution.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define project scopes independently.
- Customer-obsessed approach to understanding product metrics and priorities.
- Proactive attitude toward identifying and fixing broken systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent development and prompt engineering.
