Product Manager (Subrogation)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site presence 2–3 days per week in Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; or Bethesda, MD

Salary: $100,450–$157,850 annual salary

What you will do

• Guide digital claims subrogation products from conception through launch.
• Work with Engineering and Business to define requirements and manage product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery and delivery.
• Own and prioritize a 6–12 month product roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
• Translate user needs into technical features and stories, including building, implementing, and monitoring APIs.
• Define and track KPIs, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate product vision, roadmaps, wireframes, and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• At least 5 years translating features into consumer- or associate-facing products and managing features throughout their lifecycle.
• At least 5 years leading cross-functional product discovery and delivery teams.
• At least 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

Nice to have

• Experience with product vision, go-to-market strategy, design discussions, and technical or design direction.
• Insurance injury experience.
• Technical degree such as software engineering or computer science.
• Agile certification and experience using AI-enabled tooling to accelerate product delivery.
